Customer Service: Support the team in promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews to maintain high customer satisfaction. 8. Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adjust strategies and tactics, guiding the team to remain competitive. 9. Relationship Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and logistics, as well as external stakeholders, such as suppliers and Amazon support, to ensure smooth operations and timely problem resolution, fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members.

As the Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will manage and grow our presence on the Amazon platform, ensuring optimal performance and sales results. Fluent English language skills are required for effective communication with international stakeholders.
